Biographical History
Clem Slade Hancock was born October 28, 1923, in Panguitch, Utah. He was drafted into the United States Army in 1942, and served as a technical sergeant in China, Burma, and India during World War II, driving the Burcma-China road to deliver explosives. He returned from service and graduated from Brigham Young University, then worked as a high school music teacher. Clem married Adell Olsen in 1947 in Utah. He died April 17, 2016, in Payson, Utah.
