Until January 1, 1985, patrons using the collection must first obtain permission from Mary Firmage (telephone, 377-2729, Provo, Utah), the donor. It is contemplated that thereafter there will be no restrictions on the use of these materials other than the usual regulations which the library imposes to govern the use of all archival collections.

Permission to publish any of the manuscripts in the Zina Young Williams Card collection must be obtained from the Board of Curators, Special Collections and Manuscripts of Brigham Young University, with proper credits given to the library for all materials quoted.
Permission to publish material from the Zina Young Williams Card collection must be obtained from the Supervisor of Reference Services and/or the L. Tom Perry Special Collections Board of Curators.
