Typewritten document signed, Memorandum of Agreement made between Thomas L. Kane and Fred W. Launstein, Launstein agrees to clear the remainder of the slashing in specified places, and Kane agrees to pay him for doing so, signed by Kane and Launstein, 1 p., 3 May 1897.
