Scope and Contents

Contains the photocopy of a notebook of Stella Reichenberg [Meyer] between 1913 and 1932, labeled inside "Stella Reichenberg. Kl. II / Städt Lyzeum zu Bochum / Angefangen 1913" (Stella Reichenberg, Class II; City Lyceum [like high school] in Bochum; started 1913).

She includes poetry, lists of birthday presents she received, game ideas, thoughts and sayings ("gathered world wisdom," etc.), updates from the weekly war memorial hour, nutrition facts, jokes, things she overheard, excerpts from novels and articles, messages to and from friends and family (some taken from her "album"), a comparison of the prices of food, clothes, and other items before and during World War I, song lyrics, a list of the books she read between 1915 and 1932, photocopies of newspaper articles (magic tricks, word games, games to play when it's raining), etc.
