First Annual Report of the Board of Directors of the McKean & Elk Land & Improvement Company to the Stockholders (Philadelphia: E.C. & J. Biddle, 1857), 35 pp.; the engineer’s report on the value of the land, etc., also includes the act incorporating the company; inside are 4 maps and 4 charts that are folded up and attached; 2 separate books, red and blue covers, respectively, the blue one has notes made by Thomas L. Kane, the red one has several notes and additions made by Thomas L. Kane and the 3 initial maps of the red book are not included.
