Biographical History
Robert Pugmire Evans was born in 1946 to parents Robert John and Alice Pugmire Evans. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1966-1968 in the West Central States mission. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1971. While at BYU he married Loretta Luce. After graduating from Brigham Young University, he then went on to receive a doctorate from Idaho State University in engineering and applied science, where his dissertation received a patent. He later started to work at the Idaho National Laboratory and since being there, has published several papers in various engineering and national security subjects.
He currently lives in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
