Scope and Contents note

Incomplete manuscript saying that the Mormons are probably willing to test anti-polygamy laws, but nothing has been tried in a legitimate way, refers to a letter from Gen. M. B. Hazen, who wrote favorably about the Mormons, replies to charge of Brigham Young being at head of church and state in Utah, responds to several other charges against the Mormons, newspaper clipping pasted in.
