James Jack affidavit, 1877 November 27
Scope and Contents
Affidavit from James Jack, Brigham Young brought him the original of the document in which John W. Young transfers his interests in the Utah Western Railway, Co. to Young, and asked him to make a copy of it, Young also said he wanted to help John W. Young out with his debts, statement sworn before William Clayton,dated November 27, 1877. James Jack, notary public, certifies that this is a true copy, dated December 1, 1877.
