Copy of letter from Utah Western Railway Co. to Young, calls on him to fulfill his contract and to make a statement as to his intentions in the matter, he is to build a railroad from Clinton's Landing to Stockton Lake. James Jack, notary public, certifies that this is a true copy, dated December 1, 1877.
