Scope and Contents

Letter from John K. Kane to Jane Duval Leiper Kane saying that he spent last evening with President Andrew Jackson and will dine with him today. He speculates that the congressional session won't last past January. He also tells Jane that a new attorney general was appointed. Dated October 24, 1833.
