Letter from Thomas L. Kane to Elizabeth Wood Kane about the illness of Thomas's brother William Leiper Kane. He mentions visiting her on his return trip from New York before she leaves for Europe and he asks her to watch over herself while she's gone. Dried flowers pressed in the letter. Dated July 9-12, 1852.
