Envelope addressed to Charles J. Biddle from H. J. Biddle. It contains a letter from Charles Biddle to Capt. McDonnells discussing military rules and instructions. The envelope also contained a "Form of Oath" which was an allegiance to the U.S. and Pennsylvania.
