Biographical History
Dan G. Turner was born in San Diego and raised in Heber City and Park City, Utah. He registered for the draft when he was 18 and was sent to the army. As part of his service, he was sent to the Philippines and Japan. After the war, he attended Utah State Agricultural College and studied dairy manufacturing. He got married and they had four children. They moved to California where he worked as a buyer of furniture.
