Biographical History

Russell Walter Dempsey was born in Illinois in 1918. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, where he was engaged in combat during D-Day, and the Vietnam War, earning the rank of Master Sergeant. He retired from the army after 30 years of service. He passed away in 2006.
