General
Note on photograph 204: 1974--West Palm Beach, Florida Airport. Gail's own airplane he bought when he traded his Studebaker car for it a year earlier. It is a BT-13. Sister Missionaries are on the wing, their "P" day--cleared with bishop--he didn't fly them in it. The one on the wing is Sis Poulsen, neighbor of Gail's Uncle Lee in SLC. *This is the plane Gail flew from Florida to Stockton, CA for Christmas. Forced to land on a wagon road in rain storm in Arizona. Slept in plane and mud everywhere on take off. On way back, caught in a blizzard in Texas--small airport. (Gail through Denise, September 2017)
Note on photograph 205: C-54 Right side cargo door forward, likely 1947 --DHW
