Scope and Contents
Typescript of an interview with Andersen conducted by Ben Bahlmann on December 28, 1998 in Overton, Nevada. Andersen talks about hearing about the attack on Pearl Harbor shortly after his eighteenth birthday. He also tells about his training as a pilot in the U.S. Army Air Corps, the types of aircraft he flew, and his numerous cambat missions over Europe during World War II.
