Scope and Contents
The first issue of the handwritten newsletter of the Beaver County Woman's Suffrage Association. Louissa Jones is listed as the editor. The cover includes an image of an eagle with wings open, perched under nineteen stars and atop a banner with the words "Equal Rights Banner," and a subtitle of "The Ballot, The Key to All Reform." "Vol. I, No. I" is written on a curling banner with an arrow going through the middle. Dated July 16, 1893.
