Collection of legends about solicited divine intervention, 1960-2019
Scope and Contents
Contains reports of legends where prayer and priesthood save sundry people from disease, disability, and death, sometimes by preventing these ills and other times by reversing them. Items were collected by students in folklore classes at Brigham Young University, Utah State University, and the University of Utah from 1960 to 2019.
