General
An account of court trial in Michigan involving Oliver Cowdery who testifies to authenticity of Book of Mormon. The account is related by a Mr. Barrinton, a farmer, to Judge C.M. Nielsen, a Mormon missionary laboring in Minnesota. The latter made an affidavit describing this account on December 3, 1909. A copy of this court incident came into hands of Bryant S. Hinckley and from this source, Andrew Jenson apparently made a copy of the account, January 3, 1939, at Chicago.
