Interview with Bronzel Pickett, conducted by Don E. Norton on June 14, 2016. Norton indicated that Pickett was not very articulate due to memory loss but three pages of memories were dictated. Includes bio sheet and transcript.

Biographical History
Bronzel Pickett was born on December 11, 1920, in Gunnison, Utah to Labriel and Sarah Agness Westover. He graduated from Gunnison High School in 1939. He went on to attend and play football at Snow College. Pickett served in WWII in the United States Navy and was a member of the Redmond American Legion Post #118. He was married twice, first to Rula Jensen in 1944 and then following her passing, married Norma Joy Trejo Palmer in 2000. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Pickett served multiple missions. He served in Toronto, Canada from 1941 to 1944, in Tallahassee, Florida from 1983 to 1985, and in Jackson, Mississippi from 1986 to 1987. Pickett worked at Sugar Valley Sales in Gunnison, Utah. He went on to own a dairy farm and grocery store in Redmond, Utah. Bronzel died on July 2, 2020.
