An Appeal to the Executive of Pennsylvania. An Address to Governor John F. Hartranft, Invoking the Aid of the State Against the Unlawful Acts of Corporations (Titusville, PA: Graham & Lake, 1878), photocopy, includes reprints of 2 contracts, 1 between the South Improvement Co. and the Pennsylvania Railroad Co., and 1 between the Petroleum Trade and the Pennsylvania Railroad Co., 14 pp., presented August 15, 1878.
