Biographical History

George Roland (1822-1893) was a British ancestor of Virlie Vincent Westwood.

George Roland was born May 27, 1822 in Derbyshire, England to Samuel Rowland and Elizabeth Meakin. He was christened November 24, 1822 in Derbyshire, England. On Christmas Day in 1850, he was married to Hannah Mee in Nottingham, England. George Roland passed away October 12, 1893 in Nottinghamshire, England.

Hannah Roland (1825-1909) was the wife of George Roland and an ancestor of Virlie Vincent Westwood.

Hannah Roland was born Hannah Mee to John Mee and Phoebe Chambers in 1825 in Nottinghamshire, England. She was christened June 9, 1830 in Nottinghamshire, England. On Christmas day in 1850, she married George Roland in Nottinghamshire, England. Hannah Roland passed away January 27, 1909 in Nottinghamshire, England.
