Scope and Contents
Recording on audiocassette with Dale McCrory, conducted by Ben Bahlmann on February 6, 2000. McCrory talks about his early life in Iowa and his move to California. He joined the United States Army and served in the Air Corps as a pilot for B-17 bombers and P-51 fighters. He flew combat missions from England over Germany and other areas of Europe.

Biographical / Historical
Dale McCrory (1919- ) was born and raised in Oneida, Iowa. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II as a pilot for B-17 bombers and P-51 fighters. He flew combat missions from England over Germany and other areas of Europe. As of 2000, McCrory was living in Midvale, Utah.
