Administrative History
The Lectures and Social Affairs Committee (1905-1910) organized the University Lyceum program and approved any social events on campus.
In 1905 the Lectures, Social Affairs, and Athletics Committee was divided into the Lectures and Social Affairs Committee and the Athletics Division. John C. Swenson served as its chairman. In 1910 the Lectures and Social Affairs Committee was renamed the Lectures and Socials Committee.
