Biographical History
Wilford M. Hess is a botanist who was a faculty member at Brigham Young University from 1962 to 2007.
Wilford M. Hess was a faculty member at Brigham Young University from 1962 to 2007. Hess taught in the Department of Plant and Wildlife Sciences. He received his B.S. from BYU in 1957 and a PhD from Oregon State University in 1962. He joined the Brigham Young University faculty in the Department of Botany (serving as department chair from 1987 to 1996).
