Scope and Contents
Publication began at the same time as the law school in 1975. Although the University Archives' collection is incomplete, other copies can be found in Special Collections Americana and the Harold B. Lee Library. The Howard W. Hunter Law Library houses a complete collection.

Administrative History
A law school at Brigham Young University has been a dream of university presidents beginning with President Cluff in 1897. It was not until September 5, 1975, that the dream was realized. Dallin H. Oaks, a lawyer himself, was university president at the time of dedication.
