Biographical History

From the Collection:

G. Gardner Snow joined the Brigham Young University faculty in 1969. An associate professor in the Department of Secondary Education, Snow was noted for his exceptional work in the area of media services. He was instrumental in designing and creating public school libraries and media centers, such as the one at Farrer Junior High School in Provo, Utah. Snow completed his doctoral work at Michigan State University in 1969. He held elected positions in many professional organizations including the Utah Congress of the PTA, the Association for Educational Communications and Technology, and the Utah State Media Association. Snow died at the age of 55 in 1983.
