Contains proposals, outlines, and other material concerning the origin and purpose of the Ancient Studies Institute, the reasons for its locaton in the Harold B. Lee Library, and the associated bylaws. Also includes approval memoranda from the Office of President Oaks, and some notes taken in Hugh Nibley's short hand from 1972-1998.
