Contains notes on directors' meetings (March 1978), correspondence, memos, news items, membership lists, programs, agenda, newsletters, and report concerning the American Association of Presidents of Independent Colleges and Universities. Also includes copies of "Private Higher Education: The Job Ahead" and "Religious Discrimination by Private Parties" by Dallin Oaks. Also contains legislative policy on state and federal regulation of higher education and tax reform hearings.
