Contains correspondence and memos concerning legal cases involving Brigham Young University and Brigham Young University employee. Also includes legal cases dealing with Lee Passey, Richard Simmer vs. Paul Parish, Manzano vs. Louis Devandra Bhagat, reported wage violations of Provo businessmen, TIR 1417, and Title IX position tax reform. Also contains a copy of "A Private University Looks at Government Regulation" by Dallin H. Oaks.
