Also contains a copy of the BYU policy on non-discrimination on the basis of sex, summary of problem concerning the "Statement of Compliance" required by the regulation concerning sex discrimination (10/9/75), a News Dissemination plan regarding Title IX, Health, Education, and Welfare Regulations news release, and a Health, Education, and Welfare memorandum to college and University presidents.
