Contains reports, correspondence, newsletters, hand notes, and memos concerning the American Association of Presidents of Independent Colleges and Universities. Also includes church related May 11 New York TV interview of Dallin Oaks by Dr. Russel Barber, legislative policy on state and federal regulation of higher education, and President’s column for an American Associations of Presidents of Independent Colleges and Universities report (October 1977). Also includes copies of an excerpt from “Consumer’s Thoughts On Law and Lawmaking” and “A Private University Looks at Government Regulation” by Dallin H. Oaks.
