Contains papers, correspondence, and memos concerning Health, Education, and Welfare. Also includes a copy of a report on audit or indirect cost rates proposed by Brigham Young University (1976-1977), data on salaries and tenure of full-time instructional faculty (1976-1977), draft audit report, and assurance of compliance with Title IX papers. Also contains Federal Register copies regarding “Non-discrimination on Basis of Sex”, “Citizen Participation”, and “Guide to Privacy Act Compliance”.
