Contains correspondence and financial records of Brigham Young Academy and Brigham Young University departmental offices. Includes records related to the South American Expedition. Materials date from between 1880 and 1965.

Restricted. Closed for 35 years from the date of creation of the records, and thereafter open to the public in accordance with the University Archives Policy.

Permission to publish material from the Treasurer's Office records must be obtained from the Supervisor of Reference Services and/or the L. Tom Perry Special Collections Board of Curators.
The Treasurer's Office (1935-1952) was an administrative office at Brigham Young University. The office worked under the direction of the university's secretary-treasurer, and managed university finances.
