Album 4 is a Cook family album and contains images 224-252 of Fannie Rhoad's extended family. It is a purple velvet album and has an incription indicating the album was given to Fannie from her mother in 1883. The inside binding is split. There are only 20 images in the pages of the album, and an additional nine originally placed inside are separated now in plastic sleeves. Five images are tintypes. The images do not have descriptions on the front.

Scope and Contents Album 5 is an Rhoads family album and contains images 253-542. Additional prints of images and negatives also exist for much of the album, and some of the images are also found in Album 14. The album depicts a family trip in which they visited the Panama-Pacific International Exposition, or the 1915 World's fair, so there are images at the fair and en route from Illinois.
