Scope and Contents This subseries contains press clippings from newspapers, the Musical America, and other periodicals. Materials include full periodicals, articles that have been cut out or photocopied, and typed biographies and histories for reporters. The majority of clippings were collected by the mother of one the ensemble members, between 1953 and 1957. The rest seemed to be collected by various members. Scope and Contents

This subseries consists of photographs of the Angelaires. The photographs are a combination of personal photos from backstage on and the tour, with professional shots in their different gowns and venues. Most pictures are undated, and without captions. Most of the photographs are from the time of their tours, 1950-1957, but there are also reunion pictures from 1990-1991. Dates range approximately 1950-1991.
