Contains lists of grant applications and panelist members, as well as minutes of a meeting of the panel for the Utah Arts Council which were collected by Norris. Norris was a member of the Council's panel at the time. The minutes discuss the process of reviewing the grant applications for that year. Materials date from 1987 through 1988.
