Materials contain a short response to the Saints at War questionnaire, with information concerning Ashmead Leon Bartlett's military duties and service in the in the 57/ 60th Australian Infantry Battlion during World War II from 1941-1946. Also describes interaction with Pacific Island natives (esp. on New Guinea), his family's involvement in the war, his physical health, and his involvement with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints throughout the war. Dated approximately 2001.
