Materials contain a memoir of Mildred Pixton Bowers Hunter relating her memories as the Food Service Director at the University of Utah during World War II. Also included is a short life history. Hunter writes several pages about her husband and his reluctance to join the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Dated 1937, 1948, 1999-2002.
