Scope and Contents

A letter written by George Edward Sirrine in Mesa, Arizona to his wife Sarah Oakey Sirrine in Dingle, Idaho. George reports that everyone but Mother is well. The hospital sent a letter about Ella who is gaining strength but still weak. There is gossip that George and Sarah are no longer together but George says that the two of them know this is not true. Dated May 21, 1886.
