Scope and Contents

A letter written by Mary Isabelle Sirrine in Mesa City, Arizona to her brother George Edward Sirrine and his wife Sarah in Dingle, Idaho. Mary, using her nickname Belle Bloomer, urges the couple to move to Mesa from Bear Lake. George and Sarah are still childless. Mary reports that their sister Ella just married Robert Hopkins, a blacksmith. She mentions her first three children by name. Dated May 2, 1882.
