The Bell travels to Chicago, Atlanta, Charleston, Boston, St. Louis and San Francisco, stopping at small towns along the way for thousands of passer bys to see. Baker was one of the chosen small towns. Joe tells, in this letter, that a crowd has gathered in Baker to view the Liberty Bell. The actual bell was toured throughout the United Sttes with the intention to show the Bell to people who presumably would never be able to visit...
