Administrative History The Department of Home Economics (1919-1974) was an instructional unit at the University of Utah. The department taught courses in family relations, clothing, nutrition, and home economics teaching.
Administrative History The Department of Home Economics Education (1957-1972) was an instructional unit at Utah State University. Part of the College of Home and Family Living, the department prepared students to work as home economics teachers.
