Permission to publish material from the Financial Services annual financial reports must be obtained from the Supervisor of Reference Services and/or the L. Tom Perry Special Collections Board of Curators.
Financial Services began overseeing all financial aid in 1971. This office awarded scholarships and grants to students. The director of Financial Services was Lyman J. Durfee (1968-1980). Financial Services oversaw awarding of scholarships which were awarded based on financial need and academic achievements. Scholarships ranged from one to four year renewable scholarship.
In 1980, Financial Services became Financial Aids to oversee all matters of Financial Aid. By 1989, Financial Aids was made a subunit within Admissions and Records and no longer had its own director. The director of Financial Aids was Ford A. Stevenson (1980-1989).
