Handwritten and printed agreement. Huntington agrees to buy some property from Datus and Irad Kelley in Huron County, Connecticut. The item is dated August 15, 1838. Also included are blueprint plat maps of property owned by the Huntington family on Kelleys Island, Erie County, Ohio. These items date from the early twentieth century.
