 File — Folder: 1
Identifier: MSS SC 831

Scope and Contents

This manuscript is a typescript of an unpublished book. Its purpose is to inspire the reader to live the principles of the Mormon Church and to convince him that doing so will lead to good spiritual and mental health. By accepting the doctrines and living the principles of the Mormon faith a true sense of well-being can be obtained. The author accepts the doctrine of free will and believes the individual can shape his or her destiny. Ricks uses a combination of psychiatry and her faith in the Mormon Church in her arguments.
