Includes index cards reflecting Yarn's arrangement of his papers; class notes, notes and early drafts of dissertation from Columbia University, 1946-1958; pamphlets, maps, itineraries, journal notes and memories, accounts, participant lists, and talks or addresses from World of the Bible (Israel) tours, 1971,1975,1977; works by David Yarn; radio series, "Faith in a Day of Unbelief," 1952; publishing information, correspondence, draft copies and revisions of Yarn's book "The Four Gospel As One" and "The Gospel: God, Man, and Truth;" Commencement Exercises, 1978,1979; printed materials from multiple authors, the majority of printed matter relates to religious (Bible) topics; class lists, teachers' names, class notes and other materials from Yarn's time as a student at BYU; student evaluations and thank you notes, 1965-1985; personal papers - family letter, family life, and papers concerning areas of interest, politics, government, and foreign affairs; personal documents and correspondence, talk information, drafts and chapters of the book "The Honorable Mr. Clark" concerning the J. Reuben Clark, Jr. collection; J. Reuben Clark selected papers on religion, education, and youth conference talks, misc. papers and letters (family and friends). Also includes teaching material and exams for Philosophy, Theology, and Religion classes taught at BYU by Yarn; awards, faculty and departmental minutes for Dept. of Religion; files of students working on upper level degrees; graduate religion degree papers, meeting minutes, and faculty information; Church responsibilities, BYU 8th Stake; Yarn correspondence letters, drawings, personal papers and records, also including information on calls and visits; Sidney Sperry funeral and tribute; Sunday school lessons, papers, talks pertaining to the Mormon church; articles, handouts, and talks given concerning a variety of religious topics; and miscellanious papers.
