Scope and Contents note

Collection contains fifty-seven postcards with images related to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The first fifty are a collection of Mormon postcards published by Ben E. Rich, of Chattanooga, Tennessee. These were never stamped or addressed and were created between 1910 and 1920. The remaining seven postcards were posted and are addressed to Elder E.L. Huber in Trenton, New Jersey. These last postcards are all dated to the winter of 1908 to 1909.

Biographical History

Emil Leroy Huber was born 11 September 1882 in West Jordan, Utah. His parents were Emil Huber and Elizabeth Jane Cox Huber. Sometime between 1908 and 1910, Huber served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Trenton, New Jersey. Huber died 24 January 1947 in Los Angeles, California.
