Sonia Peterson Aycock family papers
Scope and Contents note
The Sonia Peterson Aycock family papers and collection of Henry Golden letters consist of approximately thirty-six Henry Golden letters, a Manti temple record book, certificates, and printed ephemera. The collection spans from 1855-1901. The letters in this collection are either written by or addressed to Henry Golden. The Manti temple book shows the temple's records concerning religious work for the dead. There are also multiple certificates certifying Henry Golden in various areas spanning from being ordained a seventy in the Nephi Council, to a certificate of British citizenship in the 1860s. Overall, these items display what life was like for a family living in the mid to late nineteenth century in southern Utah.

Biographical History
Sonia Peterson (1938-) has done avid family history research, establishing the Aycock Center of Family History with her husband.
Sonia Peterson, the daughter of C. Ray Peterson and Geneva Mary Irons, was born in 1938. She married Max Aycock in the Salt Lake City Latter-day Saint temple on 16 December 1959.
