This collection contains two reports of Salem District 5. Utah County, Utah. Six leaves, each 11 by 16 inches. The reports are as follows:

1. School Trustees’ Annual Financial Report, June 30, 1912. 1 leaf.

2. District School Board’s Annual Report of School Population, 1913-1914. Shows names of 119 girls and 121 boys, ages 6 to 17. Lists each student’s age, whether or not the student can read and write, whether they attended district or private school, and whether they are blind or deaf. 5 leaves.

Administrative History

The Salem Utah School Board used to function in behalf of education in the small town of Salem, Utah. Today this town has been incorporated into the Nebo school district.
